The video shows the simple process of coating Urea and DAP to make Black Fertiliser Technology.
The patented coating contains carbon organic-catalysts (humic, fulvic, ulmic, amino acids, plus melanins, peptides, polysaccharides, vitamins, minerals & surfactants) that provide a very high nutrient exchange capacity around the fertiliser granule and serve soil microorganisms an extremely high energy packet.
Yes but not always economically. By working on a physical and biological level, only where these processes are limiting will an economically viable result persist. Soils with <3% soil organic matter (SOM) and/or a low cation exchange capacity (CEC) will always perform to expectations, soils out of this range may perform if biological activity is suppressed due to other environmental influences.
We do include a small amount of technical humic acid to provide exchange capacity (and colour). Only those humic compounds with a specific ratio of functional groups and with a very high surface area are effective at these small amounts and none are capable of increasing the metabolic necessity of target soil microbes by themselves.
Why is Black Urea® of such benefit to growers? Because it promotes the pathway of Nitrogen which is most efficient to the plant...
Black Urea® has the unique quality of extended release capabilities for your crop. This product has been industry tested to show that an extra 25% Nitrogen is being absorbed into the plant because it delivers more activity into the nitrogen cycle. Stop wasting time applying extra urea to your property when the solution is right here!
With our ever increasing farm input bills, Advanced Nutrients is paving the way with efficient technology for your business. Your next nitrogen purchase can save you thousands of dollars by simply applying Black Urea® to your next crop. As part of Black Urea®’s uniqueness it can be applied via any means and at any time of the crop cycle reducing the risk of loss.
Black Urea® allows you to reduce your fertiliser input rate while still delivering a higher yield, giving you an overall increase of 10-20% profit in your pocket. With such increased uptake, you can now buy less fertiliser to gain the same or even better results. This is the cost efficiency that you have always been searching for - you can now save 10-20% on your yearly fertiliser bill.
Just one example of losses is the dead zone caused by nutrient enrichment from the Mississippi River, particularly nitrogen and phosphorous. The Gulf of Mexico dead zone is an area of hypoxic (link to USGS definition) (less than 2 ppm dissolved oxygen) waters at the mouth of the Mississippi River. Its area varies in size, but can cover up to 6,000-7,000 square miles.
CSIRO publishing say: “Plant Uptake for a range of crops and pastures in Australia varies from 6% to 59% of the Nitrogen Applied”, or this “As stated around the world we cannot meet the production challenges when only 30-35% of nitrogen applied is used efficiently by the plant and only 20-25% phosphorus applied is used efficiently.” (REF: Kingenta China, 2016 Controlled and Slow Release Conference Beijing China)..

Its time to start the planning and ordering the right products for post harvest.
Post-harvest can account for 30% of the plant’s total nutrient uptake for an entire season. Feeding them during this period will pay dividends in the spring and the following crop season.
It’s a window of opportunity that you can’t afford to not take full advantage of.
